We thought it was about time to announce the new baby! We've been a little sleep deprived lately but will probably make a more detailed post shortly. Here she is: Rosalyn Elise weighing in at 7lbs 13oz and 20 inches long.

Hi Alan and Brooke! My name is Arya, and I'm a high school senior at Park Tudor School in Indiana. Next week I am presenting two years worth of research on bone marrow transplants and donor availability as the culmination of my independent project. I've been working with Be the Match throughout this process, and have discovered that the bone marrow transplant community is one of my passions. During my research, I happened upon the letter Brooke wrote to Clara's donor. To say the least, I was very moved. I am reaching out because the whole purpose of my presentation is to raise awareness and encourage people to register to be donors. I was hoping to share Clara's story. I understand if you do not feel comfortable, but I would love to hear about how Clara is doing now (her health, hobbies, even just favorite movie). I think my audience would be just as moved by her story as I was. Feel free to reach out to me at abolla@parktudor.org. Best Wishes! Arya
